Shams表示此次签约是湖人对科洛克培养计划的延续，此前也有其他球队对科洛克表示感兴趣。上赛季，科洛克代表湖人出战37场比赛，场均9.2分钟得到2.4分2.5篮板。
克里斯-马农来自范德堡大学，是今年的落选秀，代表勇士出战了夏季联赛，场均9分4.3篮板1.9助攻1.6抢断1.4盖帽。
而此前据Scotto报道，湖人已经裁掉了特雷-杰米森。
